To facilitate assistance from DE Readiness Tech Support please do the ff. when communicating your support request via email:

1. Use the fullname of the account that you registered. Please do not use nicknames when sending us emails as it is difficult to find the account.

2. Put a descriptive subject heading on the email e.g. "Request for confirmation of new account", "Request for password reset"

3. Use the email address you registered in the account. This is for verification of email request. And use your own email, with your own name rather than someone else's email.
